Welcome!

Administrative Assistants in Mentoring (AAIM) assists Administrative Assistants within UCAR, NCAR, and UOP to access information, training, and resources needed to enhance job performance and to achieve career goals. This includes providing encouragement, support, and skill development for current AA's as well as newly hired Administrative Assistants.

Our goal is to act as a resource among peers, encompassing knowledge, skills, and experience to foster successful professional and personal growth.
